Details
If your company is involved in the spraying of urethane chemicals, then this product is for you! All-Solve quickly removes cured material from application and mixing equipment. This product is non-flammable to 210°F, non-chlorinated, non-regulated and contains very low VOC's.
Recommended for applications in which liquid isocyanates are present either prior to cleaning, or will be introduced after cleaning (such as in feed lines or a mixing tank).
Can also be used for over-spray removal and removal of urethane adhesives. This is an excellent product for cleaning of all polyurethane production equipment as both a flushing solvent and parts soaking solvent. Works well at room temperature, but can be heated for faster results.
Features
- Overspray removal
- Parts soaking solvent
- Line and tank flushing
- Low VOC
Directions For Use
For Flushing - Use All-Solve as you would normally use any other flushing solvent. Mild heating of the solvent to 130-150° F (54 - 65° C) will product faster results. The use of compressed air for agitation of the solvent will also help to facilitate cleaning. If excessive amounts of liquid isocyanates are present, Iso-Flush must be used first. Failure to use the Iso-Flush may lead to gelling of the flushing solvents. Note: All-Solve will absorb moisture when left open to the atmosphere so keep container closed when not in use.
For Cleaning - Immerse parts to be cleaned in All-Solve. Let soak until residue is loosened and can be wiped or brushed off. Then rinse parts with water and dry. Mild heating of the solvent to 130-150° F (54 - 65° C), and/or the use of ultrasonics will produce faster results. Mechanical filtering of larger urethane particles using a cheesecloth or metal mesh filter will help extend the life of the solvent.
