One thing I really like is Pinnacle’s ability to have a technician come out in the field to look at or work on a unit. The last company we dealt with did not have that ability and we had to haul the equipment to them. That means we had downtime. I know not all things can be fixed in the field, but many things can and your companys ability to make that happen is a huge asset in my opinion.

I have been dealing with Ben and the whole crew for years. Ben has been an amazing sales guy, I can't say enough for all the help we get from him and the service department as an absolutely amazing on phone email they are there for you 100 percent and always give you the right fix.
